 make get many weather related injuries. Winter season is one of the coolest seasons in the

year. People begin their work in early morning they may face many health issues during

winter season. Winter brings few health conditions that needed to be tackled. Here are few

tips that helps to prevent from winter season.

daily routine helps to boost our immunity power.

  • Consume foods that are rich in fibre. Vegetable contains fibre like apple, oats and

nuts. Adding this fibre to our daily foods may help us to stay healthy.

  • Intake dark green and orange vegetable like spinach, kale, swiss chart, squash carrot, orange that contains nutrients, sugar and fats.
  • Add more spices like onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro while cooking.
  • Take fruits and vegetable that are rich in vitamin c as. As vitamin c is the anti oxide agent it helps to increase immunity power.
