Indian cuisine is world famous for its taste and variety. It has been providing gastronomical delights to food connoisseurs across the globe for decades. The ‘kothu parotta’ and idli , dosa from Chennai, the ‘vada pav’ from Mumbai, the ‘chaats’ from Delhi, ‘katti rolls’ from Kolkata, Mughlai biriyanis from Hyderabad, ‘dabelis’ from Gujarat, Bengali rosogolla are some of dishes that are sure to ensnare foodies.
Celebrating those very flavours of the states, Paprika, at The Courtyard by Marriott, will showcase an array from the culinary archives of street food in the country. The resident chefs have travelled across the country to ensure the best spread available in street cuisine for food-lovers.
There will be 12 live counters serving variations of street food right from dosas, chola bhaturas, Haleem with saffron parantha, puttu and idiappam, kebabs and Bombay sandwich and more. The main objective of the food fest is to serve the street food in a hygienic way.
