But, in real life, more responsibilities come your way and that is what winsome actress Genelia D’Souza, famed for her bubbly spirit, is finding out after her marriage.
She married her longtime boyfriend and co-star Ritiesh Deshmukh not so long ago. But she is willing to play the responsible daughter-in-law of the Deshmuksh family – known for its political background – by campaigning for her father-in-law, Vilasrao Deshmukh, during the elections. All she needs is a nudge from her husband, she says.
Vilasrao, a former chief minister of Maharashtra, is now a Union Minister.
Genelia has a number of films in her kitty and says that marriage will not stop her from acting.
