Payatham paruppu sundal

Ingredients

Payatham paruppu - 250 gm
Red chillies - 3
Green chillies – 3
Oil – 3 spoons
Mustard - 1 spoon
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Asafoetida powder - ½ spoon
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method

Cook payatham paruppu in a vessel and drain it. In a pan, pour oil and heat it. Splutter mustard and add red and green chillies. Toss it for some time. Add the cooked payatham paruppu and toss it till it mixes well. Garnish it with grated coconut and curry leaves.
