Ingredients
Mangoes – 2 Red chillie powder - 2 spoons Asafoetida powder - 1/2 spoon Mustard - 1/2 spoon Oil - 2 spoons Salt to taste
Method
Wash and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Add salt, chillie powder, asafoetida powder and spluttered mustard to it.
Pour oil and mix well.
This pickle is very easy to prepare and can be taken along with sambar and curd rice.
But it does not have a long shelf-life.
