Madurai, January 21st
Tamil Nadu Government has announced that the ration shops will be open on four Sundays--Jan 22, 29 and Feb5 and 12 to enable office goers,and workers of industries renew their cards. According to a release here,the shops have been instructed to renew the cards and distribute commodities on those days. The shops would be closed on January 23,30 and Feb6 and 13 instead of Sundays of the respective weeks.
